Cyber’ is originated from ‘Cybernetics’ which was coined in the the magnum opus of Norman Weiner. In the said book a link between human and animal was explored. भारत एक सनातन राष्ट्र है इसका सरलतम अर्थ यह है की एक राष्ट्र के रूप मे इसकी अवधारणा परंपरा से प्राप्त होती है। अर्थात एक राष्ट्र के रूप मे इसकी कल्पना परंपरा से ही है न की आधुनिक यूरोप के तरह यह किसी क्रांति या किसी राजशाही संधि का परिणाम। अपने आरंभ से लेकर वर्तमान तक भारत अपने इस सनातन बोध के प्रति अत्यंत सजग रहा है। पहले इस्लामिक आक्रांता, फिर अंग्रेजी-साहबों की धूर्तता और तत्पश्चात काँग्रेसी व्यवस्था के खूनी पंजों ने इस सनातन भारत के बुनियाद, इतिहास और विरासत को तोड़ने-मड़ोरने की भरपूर चेष्टा की। खासकर वर्तमान समय में भारत का सनातन स्वरूप सूचना क्रांति और उससे उपजे कु-सूचना युग (age of misinformation) के कारण एक वैचारिक द्वंद्व मे फंसा दिखाई देता है। इस द्वन्द्व में एक तरफ जहां इसके अपने ऐतिहासिक और सांस्कृतिक बोध है तो वही दूसरी तरफ इस 1500 सालों के दौरान थोपी गई औपनिवेशिकता का बोझ। लेकिन इसका एक सकारात्मक पहलू भी है की जब जब भारत की सनतानता पर हमले हुए है इसका अंतरतम उतनी ही चेष्टा से उस हमले का प्रतिकार किया है। इस प्रतिकार के क्रम मे उसने समकालीन सिद्धांतों को ही कही अधिक परिष्क...
